Key Club Learns About Good Customer Service From Via Christi

Key Club members met in the MHS library today to learn from Via Christi representative Brian Howells some best practices when dealing with customers. Key Club wants to learn these skills because some of its members may want to volunteer at the hospital and at care facilities. Howell’s talk, however, provided useful information for anyone wanting to deal with others in a caring and respectful manner. Key Club has 54 official members this year.
